September at Bottle Theory: Events, Live Music & Our 5th Anniversary!
September is a BIG month at Bottle Theory. We’re celebrating five years in Apex, rolling out new weekend hours, welcoming live music back to the taproom, and filling the calendar with plenty of reasons to come hang out.
Whether you’re here every week for trivia, stopping by for a Friday wine tasting, or joining us for our biggest party of the year, here’s what’s happening at Bottle Theory this September!
🎉 We’re Turning FIVE! | Saturday, September 19
Give us FIVE! 🖐️
Five years ago, we opened the doors at Bottle Theory with a pretty simple idea: great drinks bring great people together. Five years, a whole lot of beer, and countless memories later, we’re ready to celebrate the people who made it all possible — YOU!
Join us Saturday, September 19 for our 5th Anniversary Party & Beer Fest, featuring some of our favorite breweries pouring special beers throughout the afternoon.
The Beer Fest will include unlimited samples and a commemorative 5th Anniversary tasting glass, with VIP guests getting early entry, an upgraded glass, and a few extra surprises.
And the celebration doesn’t end when the beer fest does! Stick around afterward as we keep the party going with live music on the patio, plus Cartel Tacos serving up dinner.
This is our biggest celebration of the year, and we’d love to raise a glass — and exchange a few high fives — with everyone who has been part of Bottle Theory over the last five years.
🎶 Live Music All Month
September brings several chances to grab a drink and enjoy live music at Bottle Theory.
Sunday, September 6: Peak City Band takes over the patio from 3–6 PM, with Portable Portuguy serving food from 2–7 PM.
Saturday, September 12: Tom Neuhauser joins us for live music, with Cartel Tacos on site.
Saturday, September 19: Live music keeps our 5th Anniversary celebration going after the Beer Fest.
Friday, September 25: Garland Mason closes out our September live music lineup, with Tashi’s Kitchen serving dinner.
🍷 Friday Wine Tastings
Our free Friday wine tastings continue every week! Stop in on September 4, 11, 18, and 25 to discover something new, revisit an old favorite, and kick off your weekend with us.
And don't forget: Wednesdays are $6 Wine Pour Wednesdays all month long.
🎵 Trivia, Music Bingo, Game Nights & More
Your favorite weekly Bottle Theory traditions aren't going anywhere.
Mondays are for $5 Margaritas and Game Night, including Mahjong on September 7. Tuesdays bring $3 off THC drafts and Music Bingo, while Thursdays mean the NC Run Club followed by Trivia.
We’ve also got a few special additions to the calendar, including Plant Bingo on Wednesday, September 9 and Crafter-noon on Saturday, September 26.
And, of course, there will be plenty of food trucks throughout the month, including Cartel Tacos, Tashi’s Kitchen, MoMoMandu, Mama Voula’s, Presti Pizza, Stavi’s Sandwiches, Barone Italian Grille, Portable Portuguy, Flat Drum and Lornett’s Southern Kitchen.
